On where I've been

I've been quietly (or not so quietly, right Katie?) revisiting my former life this past week. The beer and music were limitless, the air incredibly sobering. We kayaked mountain lakes and wild rivers; I think water is now flowing through my veins.

Tomorrow I hit reality again, and I'm not quite sure how I feel about it. I've officially realized how lonely we are in this town, however beautiful and liberating it may be. I've always been so picky, so perhaps it is my flaw. But a bond is so rare.
Can't I just live in the wild with those I am closest to?
That would be nice.

ok..
1. those pictures are a.maz.ing.
2. that water looks cold. of course, i'm the kind of person who gets cold in a swimming pool. in summer. so maybe not the best judge, haha.

Aw well thank you Emily! The water was cold - can you imagine I jumped in every morning, a make shift "bath" if you may. My hubby is a mountain man, he made me haha.
