Peace, tequila, and hardwood.

My life is damn exciting!
I went to see 'Rain,' a Beatles tribute band, on Wednesday night and let me tell you - freaking amazing. I called my mother one too many times so she could listen. I cried during 'let it be' and my friends and b laughed at me. We waved the peace sign and the faux Lennon waved at us while singing 'Hey Jude' ... oh, and I also had some Tequila (Cinco de Mayo!). Just a wee bit I swear.
We've also been installing bamboo floors. Actually, I've been doing a lot of watching, aka babysitting b's mother who has narcolepsy/cateplexy and cannot stand to help the boys. So I've been at World Market and Starbucks; a lot. She also refused to use the guest bathroom and even put her cpap machine in my shower, claiming her land. She is a sweetheart, however.
And today, oh sweet today, I said goodbye to the folks and napped with b for two whole hours. I then woke up, saw my lovely man off to work, and I did this for the remainder of the afternoon:
Alas I must end this pointless post and go to work. Siiiiigh. It's about time I won the lottery.
