New Moon

So I'm ashamed to admit I am reading the Twilight series. After battling against my husband and others I respect that have raved about it, I have given in. But here's the thing - I surprisingly enjoy it.
I was at the Hollywood Video yesterday. This nerdy boy behind the counter noticed I had Twilight & asked if I liked Jacob Black (ahem, the lovely werewolf). He then droaned on & on about how I will hate the 3rd and 4th books, & that I should join his fan club called "burning dawn." This kid was seriously 100 lbs & was so stoked to talk about this with an adult woman. I think we almost got in a fight - because yes, I do love Jacob Black. But then I remembered I'm not a teenager & quietly payed for my movie. My husband just sat back in awe, trying to hold back the laughter.
I just had to type this to remember a hilarious memory on Halloween night.

I freaking LOVE the Twilight Series! and I don't care who knows it :)
I have already read all 4 books and they are amazing. Jacob Black is by far my favorite and I don't care if he is only 19. haha
I am so glad you enjoy them also :)

Haha yesssss so glad you read these! I'm having a hard time even getting into the third book - I'm secretly mourning for Jacob! I will tread on, eventually. ;P

Oh, dear, you sound exactly like me...my sister road my butt night and day for me to read twilight, i just wouldn't do it, until one day, i was like "FIIIIINE! I'll read it, calm down!"
and so my addiction to twilight began. I love, love, loved them. Against all my better judgment of intending NOT to! I thought I'd never like a 'teenage vampire' book! NOT ME! but alas, I admit it...I loved every minute of it.
You won't hate the last two books though, I didn't...they were different than the first two, but you won't HATE them....maybe just be a bit peeved here and there is all...
Happy Reading!
